Launched to celebrate six decades of 007 on screen, the stainless steel OMEGA Seamaster Diver 300M is packed with tributes to the James Bond films, including a playful and dynamic nod to the iconic opening sequence, known and loved by James fans the world over.

AS CLASSIC AS BOND

In keeping with 007’s style, OMEGA’s tribute to 60 years of Bond is classic in every sense of the word. With a stainless steel case, the 42 mm Seamaster Diver 300M features a blue dial nicely contrasted by rhodium-plated skeleton hour and minute hands and a “lollipop” seconds hand in white lacquered aluminum.

The OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8806 powers this tribute to 60 years of Bond. It has been tested and approved by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS). Magnetic fields are the enemy of mechanical watches, and this movement can withstand forces of 15,000 gauss.

DESCRIPTION

Launched in 2022 to celebrate James Bond’s 60th birthday, this 42 mm stainless steel Seamaster Diver 300M features a blue oxalic anodized aluminum dial with a laser-engraved wave motif, inspired by the Seamaster Diver 300M worn by James Bond in 1995’s GoldenEye. A commemorative “60” replaces the traditional inverted triangle on the diving scale.

The emblematic opening sequence of the film, in which Bond’s silhouette appears in a revolving gun barrel, appears on the caseback, beneath a sapphire crystal decorated with micro-structured metallization. The “moiré” effect animation is linked to the rotation of the “lollipop” seconds hand.

The satin-finish stainless steel bracelet adds a touch of texture to the metallic aesthetic. It is reminiscent of the elegant Milanese strap on Bond’s titanium watch in Mourir Peut Attendre.

These watches are powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer 8806 caliber.

The watch is presented in a blue wooden case decorated with the original Diver 300M motif, with three dots inspired by the opening sequence of the classic Bond film, including a secret push-button on the right.

Launched in 2022 to commemorate James Bond’s 60th birthday, this 42mm Seamaster Diver 300M in Canopus Gold™ features a natural gray silicon dial. A nod to Agent 007’s retirement in the Caribbean. The dial is adorned with a unidirectional rotating bezel paved with green and yellow diamonds, and two diamonds at 12 o’clock.

The film’s emblematic opening sequence, in which Bond’s silhouette appears in a revolving gun barrel, appears on the caseback, beneath a sapphire crystal decorated with micro-structured metallization. The “moiré” effect animation is linked to the rotation of the “lollipop” seconds hand.
